Join GOBS founder Bridie for a 30-minute morning ritual of breathing, gentle stretching, freewriting and goal setting. Feel free to roll right out of bed as we meet the day together with check-ins as part of a positive start, through exercising our creativity. Please ensure you meet us with a glass of water, and that you're sitting somewhere comfortably. Please arrive a couple of minutes early for a 6am start.
This event series is free to attend. If you're interested in coming (and would like that extra layer of accountability for yourself) let Bridie know how many sessions you plan to attend, or feel free to just show up as and when. Feel free to come to as few or as many sessions as you'd like.
